Desirable Qualification : 1. Research experience: 3 years or more from a recognised university or R& D institute / Organisation 2. Degree in Law of a recognized University 3. Certificate (Minimum six months)/Diploma from a recognized University/Institute in a foreign language in German, French, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese.

Age Limit : a. A candidate must have attained the age of not less than 21 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years on the 1st August 2015 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 1st August, 1980 and not later than 1st August, 1994. b. The upper age limit of 35 years will be relaxable upto 40 years in the case of government servants in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govemment.

Mode of Selection : The candidates will be shortlisted for the examination on the basis of combined merit prepared from total marks obtained during the academic career, weightage for desirable qualification. The examination shall be conducted by IPR and the candidates should keep their original academic testimonials and experience certificates etc for verification at the time of examination    The final merit list will be prepared after the examination is conducted by CGPDTM.

Posting : posting will be Locations of the Indian Patent Office, located in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
